NOTE: Registration will close on Friday, June 4. Registration form with deposit ($150 with housing, $100 without) must be received by that date. The balance will be due on or before Friday, July 9 and will be billed.

Refund Policy: Any cancellation received prior to June 4 will result in a full and complete refund. If a cancellation is made between June 5 and July 9, payment is refundable minus the $25 registration fee. After July 9, payment is refundable minus the $25 registration fee provided that there is a waiting list and a substitute participant can be found. The refund policy of the Oak Leaf Inn is that deposits are refundable less a $10 cancellation fee if a reservation is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the reservation date. If a last-minute cancellation is necessary, and the inn is able to rent the room, deposits will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee. In the event that the festival is cancelled, participants are entitled to a full and complete refund of all monies paid.

Tuition discounts of $75 are offered to all alumni of the two previous theremin workshops ($325 instead of $400).

HOUSING

Housing is available at the newly-renovated and historic Oak Leaf Inn located in the heart of Portland's downtown arts district. Blocks of rooms on the fourth and fifth floors have been reserved for the festival. Private rooms, shared rooms, private baths and shared baths are available, to meet all budget needs.
